Description

To provide Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and MEES (Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards) Recommendation Reports for Hackney Council's portfolio of non-housing properties. This work will ensure the Council meets its statutory obligations under the Energy Performance of Buildings Regulations and supports compliance with forthcoming MEES 2027 (EPC C) and MEES 2030 (EPC B) requirements.
