"procurementMethodRationale": "A procurement was carried out in December 2023 for 9,000 sqm of flooring (Referred to as Pad 1) which identified 2 suppliers who would be able to provide event flooring; offering two products. We awarded the contract to Terraplas for their Terratrack flooring based upon their response being the Most Advantageous Tender (MAT). \nThe remaining requirement of flooring (Referred to as Pad 2) was made up of 4,000 sqm of Armourdeck flooring and 7,000 sqm of hired flooring. The intention for summer 2025 was that we would continue with this approach, however;\n\u2022Inspection of the owned Armourdeck after Summer 2024 has identified that some of the owned \u0026 hired flooring has deteriorated quicker than expected.\n\u2022The Armourdeck product has been discontinued. \n\u2022The ability to hire the Armourdeck product has become more difficult over time.\n\u2022In areas used by the public (such as the pitch) compatible flooring products should be used together for safety reasons. Separating Pad1 and Pad 2 was acceptable, but mixing Armourdeck \u0026 terratrack in \u201cPad2\u201d could be problematic \u0026 less efficient.\nTherefore, to reduce the potential for issues, it is recommended to purchase more of the Terraplas flooring to create a standardised product flooring for all Pad areas in the stadium and reduce the need to hire flooring for future years. Through the procurement carried out it was identified that Terraplas is the only supplier who can provide the flooring, there are no re-sellers.",
