    "description": "The University is seeking to obtain competitive rates for a 3 year contract, with an optional 2 year extension - to be exercised upon delivery of outstanding service levels.\nThe external auditors are required to carry out sufficient review and investigation work to enable them to report whether in all material respects: \nThe financial statements give a true and fair view of the state of the Higher Education Institution\u2019s affairs, and of its income and expenditure, gains and losses, changes in reserves and cash flows for the year.
