This is a below threshold contract and the procurement process followed was an open procedure in line with the below-threshold procurement obligations under the Procurement Act 2023.\nHenry stands for \u0027Health, Exercise and Nutrition for the Really Young\u0027. The Henry approach is a unique and holistic approach of working with families with children aged 0-5 that is underpinned by the evidence on risk and protective factors for whole-family nutrition, healthy weight and child development.\nThe Henry approach brings together support for parenting efficacy, family emotional wellbeing and behaviour change with information about nutrition, physical activity, oral health and more. Parents and children supported by Henry become a healthier weight and make statistically significant lifestyle changes which independent clinical trials show are sustained at follow-up.\nThe provider will offer sessions that support parents to give themselves and their children the best opportunity to develop healthy relationships with food and physical activity.\nThe initial term of the Contract will be 2 years with an option to extend, subject to satisfactory performance outcomes and agreement by the Authority, for two further periods of one year (2+1+1) taking the contract term to a maximum of 4 years.",
