    "description": "Peripheral Intravenous Cannulas and related products are short-term devices used to access veins for fluid or medication delivery and blood sampling. They come in various forms including safety and non-safety, winged, ported, and straight. These devices are not intended for central vein access. \nAlso included in the scope of the procurement are:\n\u2022\tSubcutaneous infusion sets \n\u2022\tMetal needle winged devices with extension\n\u2022\tSafety Integrated Cannula (also referred to as closed loop systems)\n\u2022\tSafety Canulation Packs\n\u2022\tAccessories designed to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of patient cannulation. Including training aids.\nIn order to participate on our tenders please see our key requirements below:\n\u2022ISO Certification: Tenderers must have ISO 9001: 2015 or BS EN ISO 13485:2016 or Medical Device Single Audit Program (MDAP) accredited by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (or international equivalent) to cover all segments of the Tenderer\u2019s and the product\u2019s supply chain.
