"minimum": "Tenderers must confirm they already have or commit to obtain prior to the commencement of the contract, the following levels of insurance:\n-Employers\u2019 liability \u2013 minimum 5m GBP, each and every claim\n-Public and products liability \u2013 minimum 10m GBP, each and every claim but in the aggregate for products.\n-Statutory Third-Party Motor Vehicle Insurance- Third Party cover, unlimited for death and injury and minimum 5m GBP property damage.\nThe Council will utilise Dun \u0026 Bradstreet (D\u0026B) Failure Score of 20 or above. Tenderers (including all participants in a group) are required to have a Failure Score of 20 or above in order to demonstrate its financial strength and stability.\nIt is recommended that Tenderers review their own D\u0026B Failure Score in advance of submitting a Tender Submission.
