For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award.  \nThe initial contract term is 12 months with an option to extend for a further 24 months. The initial 12-month contract period commenced on the 1st December 2025.\nThe Contracting Authority is BOB ICB, with Frimley ICB as an associate. \nNHS Frimley Integrated Care Board (ICB) and Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire \u0026 Berkshire West (BOB) ICB are currently working together in a formal \"clustering\" arrangement to prepare for their merger into a single, new organisation, the \"NHS Thames Valley ICB\", effective from 1st April 2026.\nThis procurement has been carried out by NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit (SCW) on behalf of the Commissioner.",
