        "description": "AWARD PROCESS\n- When there is a requirement for Goods from EBC, LDC or SEESL, a member of staff will email all the suppliers that have been accepted onto the Framework Agreement, setting out the type of Goods required, the volume, the date and time prices need to be submitted by and the date they would like the Goods delivered.\n- All suppliers should respond to the request within the time scales required. Failure to do so, will mean the Supplier will not be considered for that request.\n- All requests received within the timescales will be evaluated and an order will be placed with the supplier offering the lowest price, so long as they can deliver by the delivery date specified. If the delivery date cannot be met, then we reserve the right to place an order with the next lowest supplier and so on.\n- An Order Form will be sent to the supplier confirming the details of the request and the supplier shall sign and return the Order Form, which will be confirmation that the supplier will deliver the requirement.",
