        "description": "The Framework Agreement shall be re-opened during its term in accordance with the provisions set out in section 49 of the Procurement Act 2023 (i.e a minimum of once and a maximum of three times within the first three years and a minimum of once and a maximum of four times within the subsequent five years. The award of any subsequent framework agreements will be on substantially the same terms.\nIt is anticipated that the first re-opening this will be 12-18 months following the Framework commencement however, the Contracting authority reserves the right to have more openings up to a maximum of three times in the first three years and between one and four times in the subsequent five years.
