This will also include responding to dangerous structures to support NNDC OOH duty officer. Be able to access sufficient stock of fencing for emergency response.\n\u2022To be available to support NNDC corporate events.\n\u2022To undertake minor works and projects (general building works) as directed. This will include coordinating utilities providers and other council appointed contractors. Evidence of SMSTS qualification required.\n\u2022Must be able to demonstrate experience of working in extreme weather conditions.\n\u2022Monitoring and replenishment of grit bins across various council car parks.\n\u2022All operatives must hold current asbestos awareness certification.\n\u2022Any other works NNDC consider reasonable to request.\nCoastal works element:\n\u2022Experience in tidal working including inshore, foreshore and nearshore working\n\u2022Works to repair and maintain concrete, steel, hard wood timber, rock and geotextile structures.\n\u2022Steel sheet piling and timber piling works \n\u2022Demolition, making safe and removal of structures.\n\u2022Public safety warning, control and exclusion works.\n\u2022Installation and maintenance of public access including ramps, steps and handrailing.\n\u2022Local redistribution of beach material.\n\u2022Cliff slips \u2013 removal of slipped materials and stabilisation works.\n\u2022The replacement, repair and recoating of Navigational Aids.\n\u2022The repair and replacement of public access and amenity structures.\n\u2022Short notice response to asset damage and / or storm and flood tide warnings.\n\u2022Closing and opening of NNDC operated flood gates at various locations.\n\u2022Significant temporary works are often required to give access for permanent works.\n\u2022Maintenance of materials at NNDC compound. \n\u2022The Contract includes a requirement for an out of hours Emergency Response service with a minimum 4 hr call out.\n\u2022Any other works NNDC consider reasonable to request.\nTo view this notice, please click here: \nhttps://www.delta-esourcing.com/delta/viewNotice.html?noticeId=1009645229",
