Key factors include:\u2022 Extensive experience delivering high complexity supported living for learning disabled neurodivergent citizens.\u2022 Strong existing working relationships with the local authority and proven performance in similar packages.\u2022 Delivery of another complex supported living service within two minutes of the new location, providing operational resilience, staff continuity, and efficient support for both services. \u2022 Established specialist workforce already trained in the relevant approaches (Active Support, Positive Behavioural Support, Risk Management), enabling safe mobilisation without delay.",
