Description

Derry City and Strabane District Council invite Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and competent organisations to be included on a Restricted List for the provision of Event Planning, Management, Delivery and Health and Safety Support Services. The appointed suppliers will support the Council’s Festival and Events Team in the safe, effective and legally compliant planning and delivery of Council-led events taking place between April 2026 and March 2029. Organisations successfully appointed to the Restricted List will be invited to tender on a call off, event-by-event basis for the provision of services under Lot 1, Lot 2, or both, as and when required, in accordance with Council requirements. Your submission must be submitted via etendersNI, via this CFT. No other method of submissions will be accepted. Please refer to the CfT documents for further detail.
