    "description": "Newquay Town Council wishes to issue this Tender Summary Notice in relation to the above procurement exercise.\nThe Council originally published an Invitation to Tender (ITT) on 3 December 2025 for the design and build of the Visit Newquay website, the Council\u0027s official tourism and destination management platform. Following publication, the Council became aware that a number of technical difficulties affected the visibility and accessibility of several important tender documents on procurement website.\nAs a result of these issues, the Council considers it necessary to revise the submission timetable and provide clarification on the process going forward, as this is necessary to ensure that all suppliers are given a fair and reasonable opportunity to respond with access to the full and correct information.\nKey Updates\nDue to the technical issues encountered, any submissions previously made cannot be accepted.\nAll suppliers wishing to participate must submit a new, complete tender submission in line with the revised timetable.\nTo reduce administrative burden and in recognition of the issues encountered, the Council will not require hard copy submissions for this tender.\nRevised Submission Timetable:\nDeadline for clarification questions: 12:00 noon, Monday 26 January 2026\nDeadline for electronic tender submissions: 12:00 noon, Monday 2 February 2026\nAll submissions must be sent electronically by email to: tenders@newquay.gov.uk\nAn acknowledgement email will be issued for all valid submissions received.\nNewquay Town Council thanks all interested suppliers for their understanding and continued interest in this opportunity.",
