    "description": "The Norton Knatchbull School is a popular and highly regarded selective secondary school for boys  in Ashford, Kent. The school admits a growing number of girls into its Sixth Form. It has 1350 students aged between 11 and 18 years of age and is supported by a team of 130 teaching and support staff. \nThe School is tendering its cleaning services with a contract start date of 1st September 2026. The initial  term will run for three years, ending on 31st August 2029, with a requirement for termly and annual reviews and a break clause to support both parties should the relationship not prosper. \nThere will be an option to extend for up to two further years (1+1) by mutual agreement, based on qualitative and financial performance.
