    "description": "Merthyr Housing wish to appoint competent and experienced contractors to undertake responsive repairs and voids works in properties owned and/or managed by Merthyr Housing. This service is a required as a top up service to the internal work force. In addition to the responsive repairs and voids works, Merthyr Housing retain the option to award planned works via the resulting framework or allocate these works outside of the framework. \nFull details related to the scope of services to be procured and requirements are included within tender documentation.\nThe proposed framework agreement will be established for period of four years. The estimated spend value per annum for responsive repairs and voids works is c. 600,000 GBP - 650,000 GBP (exc VAT). The estimated values included in this notice include a provision for the completion of planned works, which remain optional.\nBidders should note that as this is a framework, Merthyr Housing offer no guarantee to the volume of work / spend to be allocated via the framework. \nTo offer flexibly related in relation to the use of the framework the structure will be as per the lots detailed below. Bidders can apply for one or more lots.\n- Lot 1 - General Trades \u2013 this will include but is not limited to plumbing, joinery / carpentry, painting and decorating, flooring, cleaning, drainage, roofing, groundworks\n- Lot 2 - Electrical\n- Lot 3 - Scaffolding\nDetails related to the allocation of works is set-out in the framework agreement.\nMerthyr Housing will be holding Meet the Buyer Events, w/c 9th February, please refer to tender documentation for further details including how to book a place to attend.",
