Lot Description: The successful provider will deliver a comprehensive integrated Dermatology service model which is multi-disciplinary and high quality. The Community Dermatology Service will provide timely assessment, diagnosis and treatment of the full range of non-cancer dermatological diseases in adults. The Provider will ensure services are safe, sustainable and high quality, delivered from a range of community-based locations across the city. The Provider will form strong working relationships across primary, community and secondary care services to ensure the patient pathway is seamless and meets the needs of patients.<br/><br/>As a result of this Competitive Process a contract will be awarded to the successful provider for a period of 3 years, with the Commissioner having the option to extend the contract for up to a further 2 years, commencing from 01st August 2025.<br/>A new provider has been identified as the successful provider to deliver the reprocured service.<br/>It is anticipated that the service provision resulting from this Competitive Process will have a value of £7,640,681.48 for the contract period.
