The project will involve a process and impact evaluation (interim and final) to provide learnings on the running of the pilot programme and to give an indication of the effectiveness of the funded organisations.\r\n\r\nAlthough a supplier may choose to subcontract part of its delivery, we are establishing a contract for a single supplier.
