Insourcing of Neurological Physiotherapist Teams which provide inpatient rehabilitation for patients recovering from a stroke.

Lot Description: The provider will need to deliver 4 clinical sessions per week of inpatient rehabilitation for patients recovering from stroke. The input will demonstrably progress the patient journey with a view to a speedier discharge from hospital. <br/>The provider will be required to provide 2 suitably qualified therapists per session to deliver the above activity. <br/>The provider will need to demonstrate compliance with all standard NHS pre employment checks for each individual working on the contract.<br/>The provider will use the Bradford Teaching Hospitals Electronic Patient Record system to record all patient contact, and will use the information contained within the patient record to influence their plans of care.<br/>The provider will provider will commit to ensuring all staff have completed mandatory training in information governance, and will be able to provide certification of insurance and/or professional indemnity. <br/>The Trust is intending to award a contract to a existing provider following PSR (Provider Selection Regime) direct award process C.<br/>The approximate life time value of the contract is £143,566. This extension is 4 months and value is £28,448.
