UoL wishes to appoint an Independent Evaluator via a Competitive Flexible Procedure to design and carry out a comprehensive evaluation of the programme.\nAny resulting contract will be subject to the University of Liverpool\u2019s Consultancy Terms and Conditions in Document G.\nUoL is seeking to appoint the contract to a single Supplier.\nFor the successful tenderer the resulting contract will be for an initial term of approximately two (2) years. The term may be extended for a further two years at the sole discretion of the University. Please note that the initial and extended terms are linked to key delivery milestones.",
