Description

NHS Humber and North Yorkshire Integrated Care Board (ICB), hereafter the Relevant Authority, is seeking to commission a Vulnerable Women's Health Service (Hull) through a Most Suitable Provider process under The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. Knowledge of the Provider Landscape has determined potential Providers who are able to deliver to the requirements of this contract in delivering primary care nursing service provision to vulnerable women in Hull. The preferred Provider will be required to demonstrate their experience of delivering high quality, dignified, cost effective service that supports providing primary care nursing services to vulnerable women in Hull through a trauma informed approach. The preferred Provider (Most Suitable Provider) will need to: • Hold a current contract for delivery of Primary Care Medical Services (Alternative Provider Medical Service (APMS), General Medical Service (GMS), or Personal Medical Service (PMS)) in Hull; • Hold a valid current CQC registration; • Ensure nursing staff delivering the services are registered with the associated registration body - Nursing and Midwifery Council The service will be required to: • Delivery primary care nursing services as set out in the specification to a defined vulnerable patient cohort; • Support access to / engagement with healthcare services.
