If NGN did not extend these licenses then the risk would be to lose access to key critical business applications like SuccessFactors (NGN\u0026Me) and SCP (the platform for the E\u0026R work app, the Dispatch app etc). If NGN were to look at re-implementation of new technology, infrastructure and middleware, plus integration with our backend ERP, there could be loss of access to the E\u0026R work app and the Dispatch app which could pose a serious risk to life and property, and to NGNs ability to fulfil Regulatory Licence Conditions.",
