Formation of a multi-disciplinary team which includes improving access to physical and mental healthcare.\nThe Authority requires the Supplier to assist it in carrying out a project to support the delivery of the Rough Sleeper Drug and Alcohol Treatment Grant.\nThe funding for BtheChange is to deliver the following aspects of the project:\nRecruit a Team Leader to the project team. Notify Public Health and the System Leadership Board at the Co-Lab of any challenges with recruitment and immediately that the post becomes vacant.\nThe Team Leaders role is to:\n-Line management of some of the Specialist enablement workers (split between this post and Project Co-Ordinator)\n-Facilitate weekly team meetings\n-Work with the administrator to seek access and funding for meaningful activities not yet available but being requested by the target population\n-Promote and encourage a learning and development culture across the team\n-Support the project co-ordinator in developing the culture and achievement of the outcomes sought from the bid.\nEncourage the specialist enablement workers to adopt a human learning systems approach and support them in the generation of learning by developing learning cycles to test new ideas and agreeing these with the Project Co-ordinator.",
