Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by Friday 11th April 2025 (8 working days following the publication of this intention to award notice) This contract has not yet formally be awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award a contract under the competitive process of the PSR.\nThe award decision was made by officers from the Surrey and Sussex Cancer Alliance, including representatives from the Programme Management Team, the Project Management Office, and Finance Managers. The decision-making panel also included the Net Zero Lead from Surrey Heartlands ICS, a Consultant Respiratory Physician from Surrey and Sussex Healthcare, a Consultant Radiologist, Clinical Nurse Specialists, and members of the Cancer Programme Team from Frimley Health, a GP from Mid Sussex Healthcare and the Senior Public Health Programme Lead from Surrey County Council.\nAll evaluators signed a confidentiality agreement and completed a declaration of conflicts of interest. No declared or potential conflicts of interest were identified during the process.\nThe chosen provider was selected due to achieving the highest score across the key criteria used.
