    "description": "HSE require an 80 mm valve for an experimental programme. \nThe valve must be suitable for liquid hydrogen service (down to 20 K) and have pneumatic actuation (open/closed). \nThe valve should have an Ex d position indicator rated for ATEX Zone 1 suitable for hydrogen use.\nThe valve should have flanged connections (ANSI class 300). The valve body should have a maximum allowable working pressure of 40 barg.\nThere should be a section of 3\" pipe with a 1/4\" BSP boss, either welded between the valve and flange, or as a separate flanged section on ANSI class 300 flanges. Suitable gaskets and associated flange calculations must be provided.\nNominal process conditions:\nHydrogen, 50 - 70 K, 0 - 1.5 kg/s, 0 -12 barg\nThe equipment is required for use at the HSE Buxton (SK17 9JN) test site. The equipment is required to be delivered before August 2026.",
