    "description": "Aviation Advice - In this Special Condition Contracting Authority means a contracting \nauthority as defined in the current Public Contracts Regulations \n2015. The Client is entitled, without the need to obtain the \nProvider\u2019s consent, to:\n\u2022 novate this Deed or any part thereof to any Contracting \nAuthority or group company (as defined in Section 1159 of the \nCompanies Act 2006); or\n\u2022 novate its rights and obligations under this Deed to any other \nbody (including any private sector body) which substantially \nperforms any of the functions that previously had been \nperformed by the Client; \nupon such terms as the Client proposes, provided that where such \nnovation increases the burden of the Provider\u2019s obligations pursuant \nto this Deed, the Provider is entitled to such additional payment as \nmay be reasonable to compensate for such additional burden.\nAny change in the legal status of the Client such that it ceases to be \na Contracting Authority does not affect the validity of this Deed. In \nsuch circumstances, this Deed binds and inures to the benefit of any \nsuccessor body to the Client.\nSpecial Condition 2\n(Novation B)\nThe Client is entitled, without the need to obtain the Provider\u2019s \nconsent, to novate its rights and obligations under this Deed to a \ndesign \u0026 build contractor engaged by the Client to construct the \nworks incorporating the designs produced as part of the \nCommission.\nThe novation will be on such terms as the Client proposes, provided \nthat where such novation increases the burden of the Provider\u2019s \nobligations pursuant to this Deed, the Provider is entitled to such \n3\nadditional payment as may be reasonable to compensate for such \nadditional burden.\nSpecial Condition 3\n(Guarantee) Does not apply\nSpecial Condition 4\n(Early termination)\nNotwithstanding Standard Conditions 18.1, 18.2,18.3 and 18.4, \nwithout affecting any other right or remedy available to it, the Client \nmay terminate this agreement without cause with immediate effect \nat no cost by giving written notice to the other party.",
