Description

Healthworks Enables is a service of health and wellbeing activities, delivered to residents of Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, but strongly targeted to people from ethnically diverse communities. The service is designed to support individuals to improve their own health and wellbeing, deliver preventative healthcare, increase physical activity and improve diet and nutrition and improve access to mainstream health services – e.g. mental health services, dentistry and NHS.

The service is designed to support individuals to improve their own health and wellbeing, deliver preventative healthcare, increase physical activity and improve diet and nutrition and improve access to mainstream health services – e.g. mental health services, dentistry and NHS. The Council is intending to award this contract to an existing provider following Direct Award Process C. The lifetime value of the contract including extension is £495,416.67 The contract start date is 1st May 2025 for a period of two years and five months, with the option to extend for one year.
