The expected annual budget will be up to  \u00a3283,493 for 2026/27, and could rise to circa \u00a3500k by 2032/33, if the anticipated growth in demand is achieved.  This approach ensures stability and continuity for service users whilst also allowing flexibility to respond to changing needs and circumstances.",
