    "description": "Impact Multi Academy Trust is a multi-academy trust currently operating 8 schools across the London region serving approximately 8,000 students across its family of schools. The Trust is committed to delivering high standards of educational achievement alongside safe, compliant and well-managed school estates. \nThe Trust is tendering its Landscaping Contract with a proposed contract start date of 1st August 2026. The contract will be awarded for an initial term of three (3) years, ending on 31st July 2029, with a requirement for termly and annual reviews and a break clause to support both parties should the relationship not prosper. There will be an option to extend for a further two years (1+1), subject to satisfactory performance and mutual agreement on budgets and service levels. \nThe projected total value of the contract over the potential five-year term is expected to be circa \u00a3700,000.\nThe contract will be awarded to the contractor who can demonstrate relevant qualification, proven experience and a strong track record in the successful delivery of landscaping services within educational or comparable settings, together with a clear and effective approach to delivering the specified services across multiple sites. \nTo express interest in the tender and access all contract documents (which are available free of charge), kindly register on https://in-tendhost.co.uk/cohesionconsulting/aspx/Home     if you haven\u2019t already, and declare your interest in the opportunity. \nPlease note: a Site Survey / Bidders Conference will take place on 1st and 2nd April 2026.
