It must be noted that should the test kits / equipment change in mid-study, this would require protocol amendments and dialogue with regulatory agencies to inform on protocol changes and study deviations. This would lead to delays in results as new impact assessments would need to be made detailing the change and gaining the relevant regulatory approvals for a change in support and must mirror those same products used before in order to maintain continuity of test data otherwise, we risk introducing potential ambiguity into the test data results.",
