Description

The vision for the new children and young people's drug and alcohol service is to have an integrated service model with wider children and young people services. It will provide a range of young person-centred, sensitive, and trauma-informed services to CYP who may be at risk of substance misuse or currently experiencing substance related harm. The service will be structured to support Children and Young People with three tiers of provision: Universal, Targeted and Specialist. The Service will deliver a Public Health approach to address poor health outcomes of substance misuse and promotes health transitions into adulthood.
