The response demonstrates a very good understanding of the requirements and provides adequate details on how the requirements will be fulfilled.\n5 - Excellent - Response is completely relevant and excellent overall. The Contract will also include a Winter gritting \u0026 snow clearance services to existing properties and common landscaped areas.\nThe Contract will further include a three year tree management service incorporating an annual tree survey report with follow up action works, and minor repairs to existing hard and soft landscape areas.\nThe service will be delivered primarily to estates located in Livingston, Whitburn and Blackburn, and Almond Housing Association may instruct the Contractor to provide landscape maintenance services at additional estates within their ownership or factored throughout West Lothian, which may include recently completed new build housing sites or future new build housing developments that have not been completed at the date of inviting tenders.",
