This new Transfer station will likely accept both household and commercial waste. In time it may also include a Household Waste and Recycling Centre, but this will be later. The proposed new facility, which will be operational in some form during the course of this insurance contract, will be fully discussed with the new insurance partner to ensure the facility meets modern risk requirements and insurance acceptability.",
