    "procurementMethodRationale": "An Invitation to Tender was run in 2024 but the tender responses received were not suitable and a supplier could not be chosen.\nAccording to the PCR2015 regulation 32(2)(a) we demonstrated that we have discharged our legal duty to approach the market. Since we didn\u0027t receive any suitable tenders, we were allowed to terminate the procurement on the basis of having received no suitable bids.\nThis then allowed us to engage with a single supplier.\nWe did that and contacted the supplier Weiss Technik to engage with and obtain a quote from.\nIn addition to the above the estates engineering and science teams have been through a thorough discussion and documentation of the User Requirement Document ensuring that the supplier will deliver exactly what is required of the chamber, from both a science and estates perspective.",
