The Services required by the\nframework agreement include, but are not restricted to:\n- Open Framework managing agent services (setting up the Open Framework)\n- Open Framework management software supply services (supplying a software solution that enables CAs to electronically call-off from the Open Framework)\n- Open Framework consultancy support services (providing administration and support services to CAs)\n- Other Managing Agent Services\nThe Framework Agreement will be entered into between The Co-Operative Development Society Limited (as contracting authority) and Plentific (as supplier). CDS Housing Solutions Company Limited (a trading subsidiary of CDS) will also be a party to the Agreement.",
