Lot Description: The Child Vision Screening Programme (CVS) is a prevention and early intervention public health programme that aims to support parents, promote child development, improve family and child health outcomes and ensure that families, children and young people at risk are identified at the earliest opportunity. The childhood vision screening programme aims to identify children aged 4 to 5 years with impaired sight by sending Orthoptic Nurses into Mainstream and specialist schools to conduct screening thus enabling timely intervention. This Contract will be awarded under direct award process C of the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) It will awarded to an existing provider. The lifetime value of the contract will be £155,174.54. The service will be provided between 01/05/25-31/03/2027.
