Solar House was built in the 1960’s and is a large 20-storey residential high-rise block of flats with communal laundry facilities on the ground floor and 94 separate flats contained within an overall building complex. The project comprises of the main electrical intake, fire safety, access control and closed-circuit television (CCTV) refurbishment at the below address. The electrical services installation shall generally comprise the following. • Identification, retention and strip out of existing services, • LV Distribution installation, • Earthing installation, • Communications installation, • Access Control installation, • CCTV installation, • Fire detection and alarm installation, • Builders work in connection, and • Testing & commissioning.
