The direct award would ensure sustainability of a high quality service with a provider with a proven track record of delivery. \nPHD already work closely with CDDFT the provider of Darlington Stop Smoking Service, making PHD the most suitable provider, to provide a member of staff and access to GP data. PHD is a GP Federation insisting of 11 GP Practices covering an ever increasing population of 112,000+  registered patients in Darlington.
