    "description": "Trust Overview:\nHPFT are working on a tender exercise for 2 Intensive Enablement services, Midpoint and Stewarts, in Hertfordshire which will be covered by 1 contract. It is anticipated that the mobilisation period for this opportunity will begin in June 2026.\nThe Services:\nMidpoint is an Intensive Enablement and Discharge to Assess Service currently being run in a building located in Stevenage with 14 beds. The Stewarts Intensive Enablement Service is a service not yet in operation and will be in a building in Harpenden with 14 beds also. Both of these properties are owned by Hertfordshire County Council.\nThe project is block commissioned for service users with functional mental illness, often with complex needs.
