These services will be appointed under a JCT Measured\nTerm Contract 2016 Edition. The Council will be appointing one service provider for this Lot.\nLot 2 \u2013 is for the appointment of a qualified and experienced contractor to carry out daily site\nservice visits between 1st March to 31st October and twice weekly between 1st November to\n28th February to the outdoor interactive water feature at City Beach Marine Parade in\naccordance with the PWTAG Code of Practice and the approved code of practice and\nguidance for the control of Legionella bacteria in water systems ACOP L8. This service will\ninclude a 1 hour call out requirement to quickly resolve operational failures. These services\nwill be carried out under a JCT Measured Term Contract 2016 Edition. The Council will be\nappointing one service provider for this Lot.",
