    "description": "The Borough Council of Bolton (the \"Authority\") is prepared to receive tenders for a High Speed Road Traffic Management \u0026 Associated Verge Maintenance Service, which will be subject to the information, specification and tender package enclosed.\r\n\r\nThe Authority is looking for a suitable Provider to provide traffic management controls on highways that the Authority regards as requiring such controls together with the option of grass cutting and litter/flytip removal services, with a further optional service of hedge cutting and weed spraying (the \"Services\").\r\n\r\nPredominately channel and pavement sweeping services will be provided by the Authority\u0027s in-house service which shall be carried out in conjunction with the services required from the successful Tenderer.
