Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to, staffing shortages, industrial action, public health events, regulatory changes, facilities or infrastructure constraints, technology failures, or other unforeseen events. Where such disruptions occur, they may affect the format, scheduling, location, or availability of teaching, learning activities, or related services under this agreement. In addition, Student enrolment projections are based on planning assumptions that may change due to variations in demand, funding, regulatory requirements, or operational capacity. There is a risk that actual enrolment numbers may increase or decrease from forecast levels. These risks may impact the scope, value or duration of this contract and the institution reserves the right to adjust student intake numbers, including increasing capacity where feasible, to respond to demand.",
