The framework will be used to procure a variety of building, mechanical, electrical, maintenance, and related trades. \nThis service can be used by AUB or AUB\u2019s appointed facility maintenance contractor for purchased single and low risk minor construction and related works. \nMinor Works in these circumstances means that the work will be completed within 12 months and has a total value of not more than \u00a3250,000 (VAT Inclusive). \nThis contract is reserved for SMEs within the Bournemouth, Poole, and Christchurch area. \nAn SME is any organization that has fewer than 250 employees and a turnover of less than \u00a350 million or a balance sheet total less than \u00a343 million. \n1.1 Locations \nThe framework agreement shall predominantly deliver Minor Works services to the main AUB Wallisdown campus and other buildings located within the BCP area.",
