Through the tender exercise the Council wishes to appoint a firm that meets both the quality and commercial requirements to deliver a good service to the Council in a cost-effective way that supports the Council\u0027s requirement for value for money.\nIt is proposed there is one single contract covering all requirements as follows: - Lease Renewals, Rent Reviews \u0026 Letting of Council Telecom Masts. This approach is proposed as it will ensure a single provider has sufficient work and throughput to dedicate resources to the contract and deliver a value for money service. By retaining the single provider approach the Council will reduce contract management administration and have a greater ability to enforce KPI\u2019s to manage performance and to share work plans and future requirements enabling the provider to allocate resource efficiently.",
