Description

The services comprise the production of regularised building polygon datasets and modelled dwelling area estimates derived from aerial imagery, height data, and geospatial analysis, aligned to the VOA definition of dwelling area (Reduced Covered Area). Deliverables include a geopackage containing floor-level polygon representations, summary attribute data for each dwelling, and supporting technical documentation explaining the methodology and normalisation of polygon shapes.
