    "description": "Efficiency East Midlands Ltd (EEM) are looking for consultancy support for the renewal of our Insulation and Associated Works Framework that is due to expire in April 2026.   \nWe are specifically looking for a consultant to look over the specification and pricing documents we will have drafted for the renewal of the Framework, provide some expert advice on any areas that may need updating/changing to reflect market changes or industry regulation changes along with any general advice or \nadditional considerations to add into the specification and also any comments or amendment suggestions to be made within the pricing document or guidance on the pricing document layout. \nIn addition to this we will require support once the tender is live (estimated September to December 2025) with any technical tender clarification questions in relation to the specification and pricing document and  support with the quality element of the evaluation which will be in the form of in person or MS teams \n presentations by Contractors to the question topics EEM set within the quality documents, presentations  are expected to be held in January 2026.\nIf you are interested in tendering for this opportunity, please register as a supplier with Delta e-sourcing and email tenders@eem.org.uk and you will be invited to submit your quotation via the portal. The RFQ will be going live on Monday 19th May 2025 for a week, therefore please inform EEM prior to the 19th May 2025 to ensure you are invited to tender.",
