    "description": "Homes England is seeking to appoint a competent Supplier to design and build a new sports and social facility at the former Whittingham Hospital site, Preston, PR3 2JE.\nThe scheme will see major redevelopment of the existing Whittingham and Goosnargh Sports and Social Club (WGSSC), once the staff club when the hospital was in use. Works will see delivery of new clubhouse, 11 a-side football pitch, Multi Use Games Area (MUGA), caravan/camping area, car parking and associated ancillary landscaping.
