The decision-making panel also included the Net Zero Lead from Surrey Heartlands ICS, a Consultant Respiratory Physician from Surrey and Sussex Healthcare, a Consultant Radiologist, Clinical Nurse Specialists and members of the Cancer Programme Team from Frimley Health, a GP from Mid Sussex Healthcare and the Senior Public Health Programme Lead from Surrey County Council.\u003cbr/\u003e\u003cbr/\u003eAll evaluators signed a confidentiality agreement and completed a declaration of conflicts of interest. No declared or potential conflicts of interest were identified during the process.\u003cbr/\u003e\u003cbr/\u003eThe chosen provider was selected due to achieving the highest score across the key criteria used. The provider has been assessed and passed against the relevant key criteria and basic criteria.",
