    "description": "Bracknell Forest Council Public Health team currently commission Integrated Sexual and\nReproductive Health (ISH) services on behalf of the three Berkshire East councils (Bracknell\nForest Council, Slough Council and Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead).\nWhile many sexual and reproductive health indicators for Berkshire East local authorities are\nperforming comparatively well to national outcomes, there are some areas for improvement,\nincluding:\n\u2022 Improving the chlamydia detection rate\n\u2022 Reducing new syphilis and gonorrhoea infections\n\u2022 Implementing HIV prevention strategies to:\no Reduce new HIV diagnosis\no Increase HIV testing\no Improve earlier detection of HIV and reduce late HIV diagnosis\n\u2022 Increasing contraceptive offer\nPage 4 to 8\n\u2022 Reducing under 25s abortions and repeat abortions\n\u2022 Ensuring a more equitable access to sexual and reproductive services\nWhat we are looking for\nThe provision of ISH services for Berkshire East which will include the provision of:\n\u2022 An Integrated Sexual Health Service covering all 3 levels of sexual and reproductive health\ncare (levels 1, 2, and 3).\n\u2022 Online sexual health services offering access to emergency hormonal contraception, STI\nand HIV testing, with opportunities to include testing provision for under-18s, as well as\ncondom distribution and PrEP management.\n\u2022 Outreach services delivering targeted support for children and young people and\nunderserved population groups.\n\u2022 Comprehensive sexual and reproductive health promotion, including a dedicated website\noffering detailed information and advice on sexual and reproductive health.\nThe service configuration will be tailored to meet the needs of each local authority area.\nMarket engagement event\n\u2022 Date: 20 May\n\u2022 Time: 11am - 12.30pm\n\u2022 Location: Teams\nInformation we will provide\n\u2022 Our vision and scope for the service\n\u2022 Sexual and reproductive health needs in Berkshire East\n\u2022 Intended impact (outcomes and outputs) for the service\n\u2022 Our approach to procurement\n\u2022 Key dates in the procurement process\n\u2022 Estimated costs\nInformation we would like to know\n\u2022 Feedback on the service specification\n\u2022 Viability of the proposal\n\u2022 Capabilities/expertise your organisation can offer\n\u2022 Partnership availability\nPlease submit your expression of interest via the e-tendering portal and we will share the\nTeams invite.\nFor any questions, please contact Public.Health@bracknell-forest.gov.uk",
