        "description": "Full details of the requirement available in the tender documentation.\nTfW are looking for an experienced Microsoft approved add on partner to implement a Property Management add-on alongside their Dynamics 365 F\u0026O system that meets the following requirements:\nOperational Requirements\nSolution must have:\nAdd and manage tenant records\nAbility to raise core invoices\nAbility to review historic data per property to include tenant payment history, passed events and lease details\nAbility to handle renewal information.\nAd hoc Billing availability, for example ability for on-off charges and manual inputs.\nManage events for rent reviews and lease expiries and break options.\nPayment capabilities for headlease rents and other charges.\nAbility to view a summary of terms and conditions per agreement and tenant.\nPortfolio growth ability over time.\nVisibility to view property / unit / lease history and tenant information.\nTask functionality to notify surveyors of required tasks.\nTrack overdue and time critical events to ensure they are monitored, this can be managed through a task highlight on the dashboard and a notification sent out to the surveyor.\nMust have clear and fully integrated interface with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.\nRecurrence cycle of each contract.\nManual and Automated capabilities need to be available for billing.\nAbility to charge tenant for dilapidations.\nUpload capability for statutory inspection results or energy performance certificates.\nOne stop Tennant view with an overview of key details, events, lease terms and relevant supplier links.\nProvisions made for 15 \u2013 20 operational users.\nBe a Microsoft approved add-on partner.\nSolution should have:\nStation breakdown structure/floor plans with detail needs to be available as live data.\nMobile /Tablet app or availability to view and update while on site, offline functionality would be desirable.\nFinance Requirements\nSolution must have:\nAbility to interface with TfW\u2019s Dynamics F\u0026O system to produce core accounting reports such as Aged Debtors, Revenue recognition, etc.\nInterlink easily with treasury function to ensure streamlines approach to cash collection.\nAccounting to Project ledger \u0026 General Ledger \u2013 impacts financial statements.\nAutomated and Manual invoice capabilities.\nAbility to handle consolidated invoices.\nDirect Debit capabilities.\nDeposit record keeping.\nDunning letter and chasing capabilities.\nMust support IFRS, and specifically IFRS 16.\nManage invoices, calculate revenue, expenses.\nMatching rent collections to the accounts receivable invoices.\nFinancial Dimensions\nCore finance \u2013 Accounts receivable, accounts payables recharges, etc.\nSupport credit control.
