Description

The purpose of the Whole Plan Viability Assessment is to inform the preparation of the Local Plan Review covering the plan period 2022 to 2042. The study will assess the viability of a range of development typologies that are representative of the types of sites that are identified in the emerging Local Plan Review. The assessment of viability will be iterative to test scenarios as the Local Plan Review progresses.
